Deposits, Payments & Guest Counts
CHARGES & INFORMATION
We require a $500.00 deposit on weddings and will discuss payment arrangements at time of booking. Flavors always provides a detailed itemized invoice for all events. We are happy and willing to bill all corporate clients. We accept Visa, Master Charge and Discover. Final guest count is due 5 days prior to event. If your final guest count drops 25% or more please add 10% to food and beverage prices.
A 17% service charge is added to all food and beverage charges. A 20% service charge is added to all food and beverage charges on sit-down dining.
We charge $20.00 per hour for servers, chef, bartenders, buffet & beverage attendants, coat check and valet attendants. Flavors caterers are fully trained, insured and licensed.
Delivery with return dish pickup is $20.00 for Eugene, $35.00 for Creswell and Junction City, and $50.00 for Cottage Grove. Disposable plasticware is $.75 per Guest.
Flavors works with a variety of rental vendors to provide you with flatware, glassware, chairs, table, tents, dance floors, portable restroom, linen service, etc. We do not mark up this equipment. We are happy to do the coordinating for you at no charge. All rentals will be billed directly to you from the rental company.
